FAQs
Can you automate existing manual rolling steel doors for my business?
We sure can. We’re going to need to come out to the property to take measurements and figure out what will work best for your business to provide you a free estimate.
1
What can I expect after a free estimate?
After we visit your property to take measurements and get an idea of your needs for the door, dock or gate, we’ll follow up with an emailed offer outlining prices and timelines. From there we’ll answer any questions and revise the quote to make sure we’re on the same page before you sign the offer and we order parts.
2
How quickly can I schedule a garage door repair?
3
Short answer: Pretty quickly. Just give us a call! We can often fit in same-day calls. If we happen to already have a full schedule during our normal business hours, we should be able to fit you in the following day. Of course, if you need emergency service at our emergency rates, that’s an option for same-day service.
How often do I need to drop test my business’s fire doors?
4
The National Fire Protection Association set a minimum annual inspection and drop test requirement for fire doors in NFPA 80 (Standards for Fire Doors & Other Opening Protectives).
